In person appointments are at our office at 1183 Bank Street, inside Opal Wellness Pharmacy. We have free parking in the back lot by the pharmacy, and are within a block of the #6, #7, and #48 bus stops.

For Virtual appointments you will be sent a link for your video call an hour before your scheduled appointment time via JaneApp EMR. If you don’t receive that link, please email us prior to your scheduled time and we will re-send the link.

Communication update Jane EMR now has secure messaging feature for patients. Now that this feature is enabled, and due to regulatory concerns with patient privacy, Dr. Trevorrow no longer answers medical questions via email. Patients may also upload labs to their patient file using this feature.

Cancellation policy: we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment time modifications. Appointments cancelled within that period or no shows for non-emergency reasons will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fees to the card on file. Please note that by booking on our website, you are agreeing to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

Note that for bad weather or illness, we would be happy to switch your in person appointment to a virtual booking, please reach out if. this happens.

Fee Increase Update updated appointment fees for office visits will take effect on May 1st, 2026 (details are on the website). These adjustments reflect rising clinical and operational costs while allowing us to continue providing the high-quality, personalized health care you expect from us. Thank you for your understanding and ongoing trust.

Lab update we are moving to a new online requisition and patient pay model for all routine lab testing via Lifelabs to streamline operations and reduce lab errors. This will be in effect for May 1st, 2026.

Dr. Marianne Trevorrow over two decades of experience in naturopathic practice- both in Canada and the US, where she trained and did pre- and post-doctoral work in nutritional clinical research, in addition to her naturopathic medical training. She recently stepped down as editor-in-chief of Canada’s naturopathic professional journal (CANDJ) after 8 years and is looking forward to focusing more on her private practice and writing projects.

She is a certified Menopause Society Provider (MSCP), and is currently working on her certification in Lifestyle Medicine and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM).

Dr. Marianne believes that one of the great benefits of naturopathic care is the ability to get to know patients individually; their stresses and anxieties, health challenges and unique needs. Whether her patients are coming to see her for hormonal, mood, or sleep problems, a more complicated concern such as autoimmune, fatigue or pain disorders, or who are concerned about familial disease risk(s), the goal is the same, to develop an individual treatment plan so patients can achieve the best possible outcomes.
