Book an Appointment
In person appointments are at our office at 1183 Bank Street, inside Opal Wellness Pharmacy. We have free parking in the back lot by the pharmacy, and are within a block of the #6, #7, and #48 bus stops.
For Virtual appointments you will be sent a link for your video call an hour before your scheduled appointment time via JaneApp EMR. If you don’t receive that link on time, please email us and we will re-send the link.
Communication update Jane EMR now has secure messaging feature for patients. Now that this feature is enabled, and due to regulatory concerns with patient privacy, Dr. Trevorrow no longer answers medical questions via email, but will send an answer to your patient portal. Once this channel is open, patients may also upload labs to their patient file.
For lab testing: We have ended our contract with Lifelabs and are setting the practice up for lab testing with Dynacare, who have a location close to the office at 1385 Bank Street (Billings Bridge) and a much more supportive experience. We are also transitioning to patient direct payments, which will help facilitate easier reimbursement for extended benefits. If you have an outstanding. lab requisition–please contact the office and we will put you on our list to get an equivalent requisition for Dynacare. Thank you for your patience during this process.
Cancellation policy: we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment time modifications. Appointments cancelled within that period or no shows for non-emergency reasons will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fees to the card on file. Please note that by booking on our website, you are agreeing to this policy. For bad weather or illness, we would be happy to switch your in person appointment to a virtual booking, please reach out if. this happens. Thank you for your understanding.
